Throughout my career I have met and exceeded many targets, increased sales, saved on stock-loss and increased the bottom line, and whilst these are undoubtedly important, I have taken the most satisfaction from developing the people I worked with.

That feeling of accomplishment when someone you have coached has developed their abilities and applied them in their role is intensely rewarding.

Everyday is a school day and learning and development are essential in business growth.

My main focus is on improving the team and business by equipping the individual with the necessary skills and knowledge, supporting them through the change process and recognising their achievements and progress.

This role also helps me in my own development and I enjoy getting to know and learning from the people that we meet.
